All Items are for local pickup only. Your order will be ready for pickup on the following “open” business day after your purchase is placed.

Items may be picked up during the following hours.

Summer Hours
Wednesday 12:00pm - 4:00pm
Thursday 1:00pm - 6:00pm
Friday 12:00pm - 4:00pm
Saturday 11:00am - 2:00pm

*All items must be picked up within 7 days of purchase.

*Please note you will be responsible for loading your item, help will not be provided.

All sales are final. Please ask any questions before purchasing.

Redesign Home Store reserves the right to cancel your order for any reason. If your order is canceled, you will receive a notification via email or will be notified at the warehouse upon pickup if you have multiple items on your order. 

Some reasons your order may be canceled include but are not limited to the following.

The ordered item was damaged upon arrival to the shop.

The incorrect Item was received from retailer. 

Additional information needed to process the order was not provided in a timely manner.

The item has been discontinued or is no longer available.

The item was not picked up within the 7 day allotted timeframe.

Care and cleaning instructions should be provided by original retailer. Please be sure to follow the provided link with each item for these instructions along with additional item details.

Item assembly will be determined on its condition upon arrival to our warehouse. Please note we will provide a photo(s) to show completed assembly upon purchase however, we do ask that you fully read each item description which can be found under the products photo to determine if your furnishing will be assembled or stored in its original packaging prior to item pickup. This provided information will help you determine the appropriate transportation to transport your item. As a reminder, you will be responsible for loading your item(s), additional help will not be provided.

Please note we will always do our best to provide correct information regarding each item, including all damage. Items that are boxed may be inspected prior to leaving our warehouse however, once you have taken possession all sales are final. We will not be held responsible for any unforeseen damage, including during the loading process. As a reminder you are responsible for loading your item(s)additional help will not be provided.
